4-Suggesting Technical Procedures and specializes work rules to insure national product interests.
5-Activating the relationship between governmental and Nongovernmental sectors on one hand and international sector on the other hand.
6- Cooperation or contribution in carrying on such activities with similar associations inside or outside Kuwait
